"Those shoes are certainly beautiful and match with the bag. But they must have cost a fortune." I say this kind of thing to myself probably every Sunday. Maybe because I envision a lot and I'm constantly always engaging my mind in several conversations, I have such thoughts about fashion and being girly, which I'm struggling to be so good at. #WeShouldAllBeFeminists  This is a sequel to the first post on  #WeShouldAllBeFeminists . I was criticized after I wrote the post, it went online first on Facebook, and then I brought it here. I had to overcome procrastination to write a sequel. First things first, do not forget that a Feminist is defined as s omeone who believes in feminism - the advocacy of women's rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes. If you believe that a girl child should be in school because she has the same rights as a boy; you believe a lady should be duly promoted when she deserves it and not relegated just because of her gender, sweetheart, let us call a spade a spade, you are a FEMINIST. However, lots of women are overdoing FEMINISM. The same set of women who are advocating for feminism as extremists, are also the very same set that believe women should be treated with preference. We Should All Be Feminists

I had always kicked against the word ‘feminism’ and always liked to dissociate myself from the conversation. I just couldn’t draw the margin between a misandrist (a person who dislikes, despises, or is strongly prejudiced against men) and a feminist (someone who believes in feminism - the advocacy of women's rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes). Recently, I had a conversation with my project supervisor and he asked what I would like to do after school. I told him and he was quick to call me a feminist. Now, that wasn’t quite complimentary to me. I mean, I felt he did not understand me. I hated to be called a feminist. I argued with him and told him how I quite understand men (I’m not sure I do) and why I think calling myself a feminist wouldn’t be representative of by my repertoire (a stock of skills or types of behavior that a person habitually uses).
